Essentially, i've got a great business structure that’s working now - it’s given me time, money and location freedom.

Entrepreneurship is not for everyone. Now i get it. Only the strong survive. You are where you are as a result of your best thinking, change your thinking and your life will change. You do have to be taking action. Consistent action.
This shit ain’t easy, this whole thing of being an entrepreneur, working for yourself, working from anywhere, the hustle never stops, yes – you trying to make money online, building a business, even the stuff i sell is not always easy for everyone, some people reach success faster than ever….
i struggled for my first 9 months in this industry and then went on to make six figures, then multi six figures, then seven figures, then multiple seven figures in like less than 4 years, not everyone can do that, so the best thing to do is to be your best self and only focus on beating yourself and being your best-self…
Comparing yourself to others and putting others on a pedestal is a loser’s game, so stop doing it if you are….
Everyone is on a journey – you are on a journey too, embrace that journey…
If you know you got that entrepreneurial bug, count it as a blessing that’ll buy you your freedom from the shackles of a dead-end job, or some 9-5 cubicle life.
I believe i’ve had a little unfair advantage cos of where i grew up from, hustling was part of my life as far as i can remember, when i was 14-15 i was selling phones in Sunday Market (Brick Lane, London) when i was 17 i was importing stuff from China to sell, when my friends was getting jobs, i was getting money on Ebay.
I would knock on my neighbours doors and tell them i am on my way to becoming a “Ebay Powerseller” and if they had shit in their garage, i would sell it for them for a commission…
From the beginning, I had entrepreneurship in my blood, i was more interested in getting money than playing sports or doing what normal kids would be doing, getting a job, getting a degree and working for 30 years for a pension.
Nah, no thanks. Scratch that.
When i was 19 i took all the money i had and went to Bulgaria to set up a property company. I had a grand plan that was going to make me millions and i’d retire before i was 21. It failed.
When i was 20 i thought i’d be smart to work for my dads construction company, steal his employees and start mine own, after the first project of laminating someone’s floor i made £90 / $140 and thought this is the way.
That fell short, as i got caught next day from my dad and his friends. That plan failed too. So i left.
As far as i can remember i hustled, alot of it was down to seeing how my father hustled, worked in factories and created wealth coming from a poor country and then settling in London and working his way up in the factory in Hackney, then in the property game.
This inspired me at a young age to want more, be more, do more, i’d see my mum on her second hand machine make skirts for 50 pence each.
Both my parents hustled, i hustled on the streets, i guess i became street smart and savvy from there and then built up on it.
I was very blessed to hang with my father’s friends when i was growing up, they were all broke bangladeshi guys that came to UK with nothing and in less than 10 years had kinda built themselves up…
it was a lot more interesting, intriguing and valuable than my days about the streets with the kids i grew up with. You gotta hustle like you are lacking time, money, resources, just by getting shit done.
One “hack” that i experience myself - is developing a sense of urgency and building up in my mind the worst thing that will happen if i don’t get this shit done.
The greater intensity you could have within yourself, your company that pressure drives you to either experience a amount of friction or fulfillment, either way it adds fuel to the hustling power.
Returning to persistence, your degree of persistence when shit doesn’t workout determines how long you're going, there is really absolutely no way it is possible to accept failure and quit, i have failed 10x a lot more than we have succeeded, i suppose it’s not sexy to inform how often you fail, but i’ll tell you now every single successful entrepreneur i have met have failed more times than they have won, the’ve lost more income compared to what they usually make…
Hustling has to be a part of your lifetime, i was very blessed yet still am to become flanked by individuals who have supported me, which includes also increased me believing in myself more. On one occasion i was talking with a buddy / mentor of mine Peter Nguyen (he’s a problem) and i also remember just hearing him complimenting on my hustle and i also could sense in himself which he believes in what i’m doing. (During those times, i had not even met him in person!)

Having the right people around you re-enforces, re-invigorates, re-emphasises that you're doing the right thing, in the proper time.
Attaining success is not always easy, specially when you're new and starting out, it will take plenty of dedication, focus, attention and you should be somebody who is dependant on self growth. I work Doubly harder on myself, on my mind i quickly do on my business.
Mindset to approaching things is much more important than the method that you do it, mindset contributes to having a strategic mindset to harness your unique capacity to create maximum results.
Success is a tricky, counter-intuituive trickster and sadly most people will not obtain it, well you may do, cos you are reading my damn post.

Once i was obviously a newbie kid (21yrs age) and accidentally came across started in this industry i'd more setbacks than most people, i'd dropped outta university within my final year, friends and family laughing at the fact i want to break the bank working from home…
I immediateley found myself in around $40,000 worth of debt when i bought into a $20k multi-level marketing program then proceeded a rampage of buying every-and-any-damn course on internet marketing.
You'll excel faster than anyone else if you invest in yourself, get the right coaching, mentoring, and guidance from people who you want to be like.
Increase your skill development and become more attractive in the marketplace, have persistence, be networking with the top level players in your niche, study sales, marketing, influence and persuasion.
As an entrepreneur you also need to be immune to criticism and have a high pain tolerance.
Your height of pain threshold determines your success since it means you will not give up when things get tough, and oh boy - they'll.
Your first 6 figures is going to be tough. The first 7 figures will probably be tough. Your first 8 figures is going to be tough less then where i'm heading for now, however possess a strong fist and i'm punching and fighting my way there. Lol.
No seriously, i am. Some of my challenges i face are simply so damn ridiculous, and i also know most average people would not even be able to realize it, but i possess a compelling “Why” along with a vision that gets me thru the challenging times. Make sure to have your personal compelling future that may drive you forward even though you may think all is not working out.
Build these traits within yourself as an entrepreneur, create big goals, stick to your deadlines, and be held accountable.
Oh, and maybe the most important thing i can tell you, is stay detached to the end outcome, don't let your happiness be dependent on other people or how big your bank account gets, if i had nothing in this world, just my basic shelter i know ''ll be a happy camper.
Everything is an addition to my happiness, my happiness comes from within, comes from prayer, being in a state of gratitude, adding value to other people's lives.
Develop winning habits, start early, it's never too late. Find the habits that serve you and find role models who you can model off, and then develop the habits thats required, daily discipline is crucial for your success.
This is an unstoppable formula for success.
I'm assuming you are on the path to success whatever that means for you, i have one advice amongst many.
DON'T EVER GIVE UP. The rewards are so damn great. Have fun, don't take it too seriously. Now Get on with your hustle.
Lesson 2 : Money Isn’t Everything :(
Money doesn’t make your life perfect. What an awakening…
Does this exist, sometimes when i do live events the ones approach me, instantly they put me on a pedestal as though i’m some perfect guy, one guy even believed to me i’m like a God to him. * i needed to strangle him *
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. never put people over a pedestal. Everything you wear a pedestal is definitely likely to be out of reach.
Don’t idolise people. Since they're just people
Just because folks have some things better than you, doesn’t mean they may be allowed to be wear something using this world, they are still on this planet, and it’s possible for you too. After i meet immensely successful people i quickly just determine i would like what they've got, i recently gotta learn and model off them.
I’ve realised that event is only a journey, your journey, my journey, everyone is on the journey, i respect everyone, not really a millionaire or a billionaire nevertheless the guy who got pitched by his uncle to participate Amway, or another MLM and is also attempting to recruit his friends and family. I applaud you for having the heart to walk into the fierce arena of entrepreneurship.
I don’t look down upon anyone, unless they're shorter than me, duhh. lol.
I’m the same as my amazing maid that comes to my house with a beautiful smile to clean once per week, i simply do various things, that’s all.
Anyway back to my point, i will be still human, i still go thru shit, challenges, relationship trouble, employee headaches, procrastination periods, anxiety, worry, troubles on which i’m i doing, how i’m i doing it, everything that stuff.
You might be going to become a human, and that means you will usually involve some shit not work out, for me personally last Six months was my relationship, now that’s cleared, now i’m taking care of my health, and my business and my vision.
That’s what life's.
Coping with, scratch that - FIGHTING the challenges, hahahah!
My life just isn't dictated due to the fact much money i make or the desire to just have numbers, it’s the experiences, the liberty, the opportunity to hand back - i want to begin to build schools to support orphans, i do some stuff like that, but it’s inadequate i wish to give more back.
You can’t help the poor if you are one of these this piece of wisdom continues to be stuck with me for some time.
As long as I'm learning, growing, & evolving, adding value to others along this “temporary” Journey called life… I understand I’m in which I need to be.
Cash is just one single part of one’s life and yes, it’s important - although not the most crucial, well that’s debatable based on your personal values of hierarchy.
Lesson 3 : Motion Creates Momentum.
Momentum Gets You Results
Focus on gaining momentum, yes - you can find programs, systems that can help you get results within 30-90 days, but not it will take you longer, so bloody stick to it.
Success is not something you just wake up and acquire, it’s something you require to operate your ass off for, it’s something 90% of people don’t do and that’s why they have problems with debt and therefore are usually broke and short of money, that leads to some fear-based, scarcity minded existence.
I give myself 30-90 days for just about any business to achieve momentum, but don't forget we have spent more money by myself education to perfect what i do compared to the person with average skills will probably earn inside a lifetime.
This is one of the biggest killers of success and i am accountable for it too, now i just don’t do just about anything else easily can’t commit 90+ days to it.
Lesson 4 : The ability of Keeping Money & My Ridiculous “I Deserve A Slap” $30,000 Monthly Spending Habit
It’s don't assume all dandy-candy, When investing in the puzzles nailed down and You’ll start making lots of money once you get momentum - yes, more money than you made before….
More income than your entire family, friends, cousins, relatives come up with - as soon as you do that, or must i say before you do this, you must ALWAYS know this….
Always be aware of distinction between Gross, Net and how much it is possible to re-invest. My costs have sometimes gone as high as $200,000 a month.
It’s scary, initially it is - then you definitely become accustomed to it - and the only thing that matters is keeping those funds.
I’m learning a whole lot about this now.
There’s a skill of Getting Money and more importantly KEEPING IT. It’s an easy task to get the spending outta control, once you think that you have an unlimited budget, and you're untouchable.
Yes, i personally thought that for a time. Generating millions than previously, i figured i possibly could just sit on my ass for six months, complacency kills. Laziness and complacency - the 2 dirty sabotages of success…
I thought i’d never get lazy, and i did plus it set me back hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash.

Luckily i've got a mind will be able to process certain things very fast, like setbacks and challenges, and in a day, i used to be regarding this. Gratitude opens the heart and prayer relives anxiety and worry personally.
So that’s what i do much more of to help keep me grounded. In the event you aren’t spiritual - find something external that’ll help ya.

I needed just found out recently i was spending $30,000 monthly / £20,000 per month on stuff, stuff we have absolutely nothing to show for, fancy dinners, toys, and i also don’t even see myself as someone who is materialistic, go figure…
i've no clue why i used to be spending that, or the actual way it accumulated so far, after 6 months of ridiculous spending too much money, after doing accounts again - i obtained slapped up and woken up. Forget about.
I don’t like budgeting because it kinda defies the aim of why i’m running a business, however see the power, value and intelligence behind it therefore now the situation is changing
It adds up and could be detrimental to ones success, i remember when i was a new and i had made my first six figures - the very first two years all the money i needed made,i had blown it.
Fancy £400 dinners, fake-friends, partying, wasting endless time, and hanging using the wrong people.
It left me with - £286 (Minus) in my Barclays Banking account. That sucked.
I recall thinking though - i’ll get this to back and more, because…
I've a SPECIAL DEEP Relationship WITH MY TARGET MARKET…
And that i know how to market.
Still, the year after used to do like a million bucks in sales.

That reminds me, on the subject of getting money, hire competent those who can manage your numbers, you have to often be considering your numbers, each day - many times each day, understand resource allocation.
Hiring and creating a team offers you freedom, but in addition lots of damn headache, stress, worry, problems if they aren’t the right person of course, if you aren’t the right form of person to handle them.
Ultimately Delegation may be certainly one of my biggest techniques to success, on a typical day i would spend 30-90 mins e-mailing my list, yes i e-mail everyday.
Each email will probably be worth around $10,000 if you ask me, and so i invest some time crafting that e-mail. I can’t delegate this, nor do i wish to - we have influence during these subscribers and clients and that i respect them too much to ever outsource this task.

Well, it was like that for the last Four years - now i’m systemising everything way more that less people are involved and many more is delegated.
Concentrate on owning a lean, mean profit machine. Cut fat deposits off and concentrate on high leverage tasks, clients, processes, systems, people, marketing as well as your target market.

That shit scared me.

But i’m alive, we have the opportunity to smile, pray, read, talk, move, breathe - and incredibly everyday above ground is success for me, that alone makes me the richest person.
Lesson 5 : Create A Personality That’ll Offer you Power, Respect, Influence, Income & Security
Increasingly more i’m simply because the net Marketing, business marketplace is being more personal with all this social networking stuff, you can have the ability to produce your own tribe (more because somewhat later)
Use your personality to increase online conversions, to attract compatible people, to develop your own tribe and cultivate them, help them succeed…
Develop yourself right into a friendly, trustable expert and advisor in your marketplace.
Then add personality - learn who to tell stories, if you aren’t funny, then learn how to be funny, if you have crooked teeth, then get a teeth fixed, in case you are boring, learn to be interesting and being INTERESTED in others.
They're all items of advice i either paid to understand, or learned via implementing day-to-day.
I see people begin and jump out of the marketplace, well i did before once i taken notice of other folks, lol, now i really don’t much. My attention is protected therefore i keep a clear head on who i'd like / must serve.
Being a personality online is something i learned from Dan Kennedy in the past.
Present with people is magical, be it offline or online, practice being PRESENT plus as soon as meaning - leave the damn Facebook and social media marketing and acquire practising being present, the best relationships i have built and continue building is really because i will be always as a TED rather than a THING (due to Jesse Elder for teaching this little bit of wisdom if you ask me!)

This is the fastest way to get the results you need, today i have a circle of 7-8-9 figure friends that are doing pretty much on their own.
I would like a business like theirs - and so i surround myself using them. I would like to avoid costly mistakes, therefore i surround myself together.
Whenever you think that you're hitting a roadblock, hire a mentor, a coach, an advisor, i’ve been doing this shit for soo several years, it blows my mind - that most people don’t get it done.
This really is one of my top biggest secrets man. I simply buy shit i want to learn. I drop my ego, my pride, my disempowering stories of “i already know that” - well if you did, then why aren’t you in places you wish to be…
You’ll continually be learning, and so i embrace this along time ago. Rather than going thru courses and programs and training (that we still do btw) i've found owners and masters of topics i wish to learn and do “Mini Brain Exchanges”….
Then that learning becomes something i fill my days with.
I've various mentors - will be able to contact anytime i'd like, some of my company mentors include Mike Dillard, Robert Hirsch, David Wood, Matt Lloyd, T.J Roheleder, all these males have built $30million - $150 million+ companies and i am always one call, one e-mail, one text, one webinar, one Skype message,one fb message from them.

Lesson 8 : Being Alone Helped me Rich
Spend time alone. Spend some time in solitude lets you reboot/restart your mind and unwind. This refreshes, and energizes you again in your perspective on life.
I spend SOOOOOOOO a lot of time alone, i don’t find many individuals accomplish that. And when i’m alone i would often walk as much as random strangers, usually older people and talk to them, provide them with attention and seek wisdom and life lessons they can tell me.
Celebrate life much easier.
Constantly being “on” and being reactive to others doesn’t give your mind and brain a chance to rest and replenish and nourish itself.
Being alone on your own without distractions offers you the chance to clear your mind, focus, and think and do more clearly, effectively plus more efficiently. Damn, look at this - this website post is taking me like 3 hours to write and it’s maybe because i’m by myself…
Travelling alone, spending time alone can be a beautiful thing hardly any people understand. I am aware just because a lot of men and women always inform me - why do you travel alone ? lol.
Since i have travel the planet 90% of the time by myself, i will meet strangers, we have confidence to spark a conversion with anyone and everyone at any given time so i don’t must be lonely easily don’t want to.
And incredibly i love my own, personal company! HAHAHAH. lol.
Hanging out alone, using a notepad- journal - offline, without the internet and in “Real Life”, walk around, spend more time with nature and nourish yourself, love yourself, this is when breakthru’s, clarity of thinking comes from, a minimum of for me personally anyway.
Pray. (if that’s your lifestyle!)
Time passes Mosque around i'm able to, sometimes as a result of my travelling i can’t, but i’ll require a prayer mat and pray - within my accommodation.
However i always spend some time in deep prayer.
Once i go thru challenges, frustrations and problems in life - i really do seek coaching, guidance and wisdom from others, yet i usually do invest some time on myself usually afterwards to analyse, get clarity and get my mojo on

Obtain a simple or perhaps a fancy journal having a fancy pen, go take the $50 on the pen and are proud of currently talking about your life, your challenges, your primary goal, visions, and dreams. An existence worth living can be a life worth recording.

I have probably made more mistakes than i will count, employing friends, family, firing then re-hiring the identical people, arghhhhhhhh.
You have to develop yourself and the team in the process, some won’t be growing as fast as you, let them have time, nurture them and help them grow when it’s time - you'll be able to grow apart or have them on.
Although we have generated huge amounts of money in this niche for myself, let me tell you i’ve probably lost more because of hiring the wrong people. We have experienced a variety of anxiety, craziness, worry because of the wrong individuals who i have hired and i’ve hired a number of.
Lol.
My new thing that i learned would be to Recruit Talent, rather than Developing it.
You merely gotta smile, learn, embrace this and proceed with the learning’s, i’ve started learning much more about building teams, after all i still generated around $5 Million in sales within the last 4-5 years using a very tiny team - less than 5 people.
They helped to get at stage 1, doesn’t mean they'll help you get to stage 2. This was challenging, men and women not grow as soon as you, plus you've got being ok with that, you gotta be comfortable with letting go, firing, having that uncomfortable conversation.

Developing “Thick Skin” is probably the greatest assets you can have in everyday life as well as in business, when you are not phased by competition, what others consider you, what others say, whoever they're, you commence and live from a place of owning your greatness.

My industry, the little Online marketing / Multi-level marketing / Home-based business Industry absolutely rocks, it will help people become real personal development powerhouses and when anyone really sticks by using it, her potential to help people make millions of dollars.
Oh company, its immensely profitable and it also enables you to produce a true passive income if you really do the job properly. Yes, autopilot income or whatever other “Insert Hype Word Here” kinda income exists with the multilevel marketing arena.
a lot of will say shit like, erm there’s no such thing as residual income or home based business sucks etc….
I couldn’t care less - i redesign multiple 6 figures PASSIVELY - yes, handsfree income, in one income opportunity that more and more people talked recorded on.

Lots of people on this industry will appear down at MLM’s / Multi-level marketing / Direct Sales business models and also have some type of stupid viewpoint about this, it’s soo stupid and backwards.
Even Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump have talked about if they would begin from scratch they might enter the field of Network Marketing.
But, returning to the stupid individuals with stupid views….
Really they….
1) had some bad knowledge about others trying to sell for them
2) they joined one once they was young and new and couldn’t ensure it is right into a success
SYSTEMS WORK. PEOPLE FAIL.
I got into this industry and then made my first million because space, i continued to create millions more Beyond this space, so again systems work, people fail.
After i was a newbie and i’d follow these what are known as Big Marketers always looking down and talking shit about home based businesses etc, it might create so much controversy within me and cause friction. Sometimes i wouldn’t might like to do anything since i felt what will my pals think of me and what will those big marketers consider me…
Then i basically said Screw Em.
I’ll do what i want
And that’s once i was a millionaire.
I’d just simply take them off from my entire life, now i ignore them - mainly really his or her words have no impact or no value to me.

I value my own time so much, where i don’t want to waste it on whatever doesn’t fulfil me.

I respect my time a whole lot and i also expect all others to do so, all things considered it’s the thing i can’t manage to buy really!

Irrrve never will be among those people who says, oh i should have spent additional time with my children. After travelling alot, i’ve seen a lot of people just aren’t in “touch” with their families, their siblings and so i developed a very conscious decision to always be devoted to be around my loved ones, serve them well. Even without much nowadays, my children gives me a great deal richness and joy.
